MB Maschinen

We have three different machine series for our controlled EDM drilling machines.

Standard type. This machine series is produced in Korea and optimized for Europe from MB. This series ist only available with tube changer. The controller is a PC controller and the displays are translated into German or another language.

Modular type. These maschines are produced in Germany. They are modular in the complete construction and in the controller. So a standard machine can be changed into a machine with tube changer and/or guide changer at any time. The extension to an A + B axis or a swivel head is possible.The controller is networkable and can be maintained and checked via Internet. All modular machines come with a stone table with T-slots. All maschines have our new PC-NC controller with own software in which all drilling- and touch cycles are included. Tubes with a diameter of 0,3 mm can be changed automatically. The smallest tubes diameter is 0,1 mm.
